Soon begins Lent, so here's a very simple fast court.

We cook two eggs per person. These are then quenched (either look sharp!) Or cool under cold water.

The eggs are halved and fried like a Wiener Schnitzel, which you can also add the breadcrumbs give a little grated Parmesan cheese or mountain. Then the eggs are baked golden brown in butter.
